Voluntary Communities & Wildlife Officer
Location: Ramsey Heights Countryside Centre, 2 Chapel Rd, Ramsey, Ramsey Heights, , Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE26 2RS

The Voluntary Communities and Wildlife Officer will help with all aspects of community engagement work with Peterborough communities. This is an exciting voluntary role ideal for a recent graduate and/or someone wishing to begin a career in wildlife / environmental education and community engagement work. Applicants need to have an enthusiasm for nature conservation and inspiring a diverse range of communities and individuals to understand and care for wildlife.

He/she will work alongside the Community Wildlife Officer and a range of other Wildlife Trust personnel to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of aspects related to conservation education and community work that are necessary to engage communities in wildlife conservation.

Position details:
Duration: Monday 3 September 2018 - Friday 31 May 2019
Commitment: Weekdays, Weekends
Frequency: Daily
