BirdLife International is the world’s largest nature conservation partnership. Through our unique local-to-global approach, we deliver high impact and long-term conservation for the benefit of nature and people.
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) to join this unique organisation in their headquarters in Cambridge housed within the David Attenborough Building alongside ten other conservation organisations.
The work will focus around support of BirdLife’s international offices and projects.  This will include the integration of overseas branch accounts into consolidated management accounts, providing support to non-finance staff in producing, reviewing and managing budgets. It may also include reporting to funders, statutory accounting, systems reviews and other ad-hoc tasks. We are looking for someone who doesn’t just see this as another finance job, but an opportunity to join the BirdLife family and further develop their skills and experience to help a worthy cause.
