We are seeking a highly competent administrator to fulfil a key supporting role within the Department of Conservation Partnerships. As Conservation Partnerships Administrator, you will directly support the Senior Director, Conservation Partnerships and provide financial, administrative and information management support across the Department.

You will have a degree or equivalent level qualification and relevant experience.  Highly organised and with a methodical approach to work, you will be at ease working with information management systems, financial systems and data.  You will be as tenacious as you are persuasive, and your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and ensure that they supply the information needed to meet FFI timelines and make operating decisions. You will be a strong team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where the ability to respond swiftly to changing organisational and team needs is paramount.  With a proactive and pre-emptive approach to your work, you will seek to improve systems and processes to add value, working with minimal supervision.  Fluency in English is essential.
