Dear CCI members,
We are delighted to announce that the CCI Collaborative Fund for Conservation 2018 is now open for applications!
The CCI Collaborative Fund supports innovative, collaborative conservation projects undertaken by CCI members that integrate research and analysis with policy and practice. Every project should address a high priority biodiversity conservation issue and include some combination of research, education, policy and practice. Applications are invited from collaborations of CCI partners, consisting of a minimum of three partners, including at least one conservation organisation and one University of Cambridge department.
Please download the application and referee forms from the CCI website. We’ve made some changes this year to the way the application form is formatted; if you have any problems completing the forms please get in touch with the CCI Administrators. We have also developed guidelines for ethical considerations (‘social and environmental impact assessment document’) that should be taken into account when developing any CCI collaborative project. If you have any comments to help us improve this document please get in touch with Elizabeth Allen. Your feedback is always appreciated to ensure that the fund is working well for the CCI community.
Grants are available in the range of £3,000 - £75,000.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Thursday 3rd May 2018.
We look forward to receiving some exciting applications,
CCI Executive Director’s Office team
