The AGM of the Friends of the Roman Road and Fleam Dyke will be held on Wednesday May 2nd at 7.15 for 7.30pm in the Meeting Room of the Fulbourn Centre, 31 Home End, Fulbourn CB21 5BS.

Following a short business meeting with illustrated reports of the work we have done since last April, there will be a talk by our Guest Speaker

Bill Sutherland, the Miriam Rothschild Professor of Conservation Biology, at the University of Cambridge,
 Fellow of St. Catharine’s College, President of the British Ecological Society. 
Conservation in a post truth world?

Professor Sutherland’s research is directed towards predicting the consequences of environmental change.  He is known for his research on integrating science and policy, particularly in the area of evidence-based conservation. In his talk he will discuss how we can use evidence, including the website
