20th Student Conference on Conservation Science
SCCS is aimed at young researchers working in university departments, conservation organisations, and resourcemanagement agencies. Approximately 200 postgraduate students (and similar-stage researchers) attend the conference each year, from a broad range of disciplines in conservation, including ecology, genetics, geography, sociology and economics.
The conference feeis £80 (this includes registration, carbon offset, lunches, tea and coffee, and three evening events).

The three day event consists of around 30 short talks and 100 posters presented by young researchers. Workshops help build practical skills. Social events provide lots of opportunities to network.
